Contact Apple Support:
Do you want to spend 10 cents towards a purchase, paying off the rest with something else? If so, call Apple and ask to speak with an Apple Store Representative. Ask the Rep to run you through a transaction, extracting ten cents off of whatever towards completing the ultimate transaction. They'll run you through this.

Use Another Method of Payment:
Why waste 10 cents? Purchase something, have the 10 cents be taken out of iTunes first, and then have the rest of it be payed by a different method of payment that is associated to your account. Simple enough, if you must/want to use the 10 cents, in your favor.
