Locate a file received using Bluetooth

Note: The folder location varies by Android version.

Android 13, Android 12

  1. Find and tap SettingsStorage.
  2. If your device has an external SD™ card, tap internal shared storage. If not, go directly to step 3. (For Android 13: select SD card in the pulldown menu under Storage)
  3. Choose a folder according to the category of received files. (Example: "Image" for photos, "Audio" for music files)
  4. Tap Downloads.

Android 11:

  1. Find and tap SettingsStorage.
  2. If your device has an external SD card, tap internal shared storage. If not, go directly to step 3.
  3. Find and tap Files.
  4. Tap Downloads.

Android 10, Android 9, Android 8:

  1. Find and tap SettingsStorage.
  2. If your device has an external SD card, tap internal shared storage. If not, go directly to step 3.
