  4. If you don’t see Type EG_DWORD 0x4,type the following command in your terminal: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TcpIp6\Parameters
  5. Check if the value is 0x8e for the example DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0X8e. It means that the adapter is disabled on your computer.
  6. Activate it by typing the using this command: reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d 0x0
  7. If the value shows 0x0, i.e. DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0x0, go back to the device manager through steps 1-3, click View, and select Show hidden files.
  8. Double click on Network Adapters and see if Teredo is present.
