Open emSigner installation utility and copy the emSigner folder to Desktop.
Open Spotlight (use the keys) – Command+Space.
In Spotlight, enter - terminal. Open the application.
Once the terminal application opens, enter - cd Desktop/emSigner. Press enter key.
Execute the following in the next line - java -jar emsigner_WS_OMM.jar. The following message will be displayed:
Go to MacOS > System Preferences > Java. In the Java Control Panel, open the Security tab.
Click on Edit Site List. Add https://127.0.0.1:1585 in the exceptions list. Save and close the panel.
Restart the machine.
Execute steps (6), (7), (8) and (9) to run the emSigner listner application.
Insert the USB DSC token into the USB slot.
Open Spotlight (use the keys) – Command+Space. Enter EnterSafeUserMgr. It will display the DSC token.
Open this URL in your Chrome browser https://127.0.0.1:1585, Click on Advanced button & again click Add certificate exception.
Now file your GST using the DSC key.
Since the application is installed on your machine, you don't need to execute all the steps to file GST again. For each month's filing, you only need to execute the steps 13 through 17.

When I run the EnterSafeUserMgr, it does not display my usb token.

An EnterSafeUserMgr application will be created and now you can access it by typing EnterSafeUserMgr

HI.. Thanks for the detailed description... However the EnterSafeUserMgr is unable to detect the DSC token.. Please refer the attached screen shot.. Looking forward to a resolution and subscribing to the thread.. Thanks

I'm currently using an M1 Mac. While emBridge get installed successfully (as per the installer), I can't find it anywhere. It is not there in Applications folder.

Answer: I am assuming you have registered your DSC with GST portal first. If not, then after login, you need to got o my profile, use the feature called register DSC. For that you need to download the GST emsigner utlity from the GST portal. After downloading it , run it and once it runs, it will appear…
The DSC you are trying to affix is not registered at the portal. Kindly register the DSC first or use another DSC which is registered in the portal. A person facing this issue should make sure that DSC is registered with the portal. On the portal, go to Dashboard and then to Register/Update DSC tab to register the DSC.
go to resource monitor and search for program running on port no 2015 uninstall that program from control panel restart the computer and then emSigner should work. this has worked for me.
