These clogs are first samples from our Fall Collection photoshoot and will ship out the week of November 2nd, which means virtually no wait time! If I pay more than $5.00, is that more entries?
Yes!! It’s $5.00 per entry. So, for example, if you buy 5 for $25.00, that’s 5 separate entries for the mystery clogs (and more money going towards a great cause!).
Which clogs could I win?
You could win one pair of mystery clogs in any of our newest colors and/or styles from the Fall Collection!!! You won’t know which they are until they show up at your door. So exciting!!
What if I don't love the pair I win or they don't fit?
You can send the clogs back to us for an exchange! Once the clogs arrive back to us, we'll issue you a gift card code to purchase a made-to-order pair in our regular production lead time. Read more about our exchange process here.
Why do I need to select my US shoe size?
We’ll be sending the winner one surprise pair of clogs from our Fall Collection, and we need to know what size to send!
How will you know where to ship the clogs?
We will ship the clogs to the address you provide at checkout. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please add your shipping address to the notes section at checkout. The notes field is BELOW the check out button in your cart.

Why are we supporting the ACLU?
The ACLU is a non-partisan organization protecting our civil liberties and making sure everyone’s votes are counted. They are protecting everyone in the US by upholding the law and defending democracy. There is less than a week until election day, and even then, the fight isn’t over. This year so far, the ACLU’s legal and advocacy teams have won 26 voting rights victories nationwide. And they’re prepared to act swiftly on November 3rd and after, if necessary, to ensure every vote gets counted.

Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size.
If you are a wide or a half-size, we recommend sizing up.
Our sizes are indicated on the heel pad of the clog. Please note that thenumberetched on the wood heel indicates the model size, but not the clog size. Please follow your US size to find the best fit for you.
If you are between sizes or a wide, we recommend sizing up on all clog styles, except high heel sandals.
All our clogs are made by hand in our San Francisco Studio, using the highest quality American leather, solid wood bases and high quality craftsmanship. We made our clogs to order, just for you.
Here's what to expect once you place your order:
Once you place your order,theticket will go to our production team. Orders are made in chronological order, and usually take between 2-4 weeks to be made, depending on how busy the season is. Once your clogs have been made, we'll pack and ship them to you. If you place 2 or more orders, they will be held until all the pairs are ready to go. You'll receive a shipping notification once your pair of clogs have been handed off to the shipping courier.

Returnable products:
We offer returns on clogsand other merchandize for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.Returns must be in unworn & perfect condition, see below for more details.
If you are ordering to check your size we kindly ask you to order from the in-stock collection before ordering from MTO or Special Order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted, sale items or socks.

Conditionfor return:
We can only accept returns on perfect clogs. We cannot accept merchandise with signs of wear, including but not limited tomarks on the foot bed, outsoles or scuffs on the leatheror wood.Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please pack carefully.

Refund and exchange process:
If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling"), within 5 business days of arrival at our studio.There is no need toreach out to us via email.
If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refundedback to the original form of payment.Please note that if you are returning MTO for MTO the lead time applies for your second order. We cannot expediteexchange orders.
Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.
