Dermatologist Jeremy A. Brauer, MD, has been recognized as a 2023 Castle Connolly Top Doctor – the seventh time he has received the prestigious Top Doctor honor. Only about 7 percent of the nation’s licensed physicians are selected annually as Castle Connolly Top Doctors in their regions for their specialties.
A dermatologist, Dr. Brauer is the founder and director of Spectrum Skin and Laser in Purchase, N.Y. He has special expertise in performing Mohs micrographic surgery and a number of cosmetic laser procedures. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Brauer offers a variety of advanced cosmetic, surgical, and medical services.

Dr. Brauer and his team evaluate and treat many types of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, melasma, psoriasis, rosacea, and sun damage.
In addition to Mohs surgery, Dr. Brauer performs a number of procedures to remove abnormal tissue, such as cancer cells, moles, and lesions. They include excisional surgery, cryosurgery (freezing), and electrosurgery.
Cosmetic/aesthetic services include body contouring; laser treatments; dermal fillers, PRP, and neuromodulator injections, such as BOTOX®; facials; chemical peels; microneedling; and LED light therapy.

Dr. Brauer is affiliated with NYU Langone Health - Tisch Hospital. In addition to his practice, he serves as an associate clinical professor of dermatology at NYU School of Medicine.
