How long does it take for CeX to reply? ›

We respond to emails within 24 - 48 hours. If you can confirm your email ID, I'll chase this for you.

Selling to CeX is fast, friendly and fair. If you're exchanging a Phone or selling anything for cash you need a full CeX membership, which is free. A full membership allows you to sell all items for either cash or credit voucher.

In order to sell items to CeX online, you must be 16 years of age or older. What condition should my items be in? Please ensure that the items you are selling are clean and presentable.

The card verification usually takes a few minutes if all information is provided correctly. As soon as it's verified, you'll receive a notification to the email address linked to your account. Important: Only personal cards are allowed.

- Domestic bank transfers (SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments) can take up to one business day to be credited to your CEX.IO account. - International bank transfers (SWIFT) require 2 to 5 business days to be credited to your CEX.IO account. - This time is measured from the moment your bank initiates a transfer.

Average CeX hourly pay ranges from approximately £7.73 per hour for Assistant Store Manager to £13.10 per hour for Content Writer. The average CeX salary ranges from approximately £17,407 per year for Team Supervisor to £39,691 per year for E-commerce Manager.

How long would it take to receive my payment? Once the order has been processed by the store, payment is made to your account through Bank Transfer (FPS), which should reflect in your account before noon the next day.

Selling to CeX

8.1 CeX reserves the right to refuse to purchase any Product at their sole discretion. 8.2 CeX reserves the right to limit the number of purchases at their sole discretion. In case of selling multiple same/similar Product, a bulk-selling discount would be applicable.

Every used mobile device that CeX considers as a buy from the public is checked against the GSMA Device Check database. If the results show that the device has been reported as lost or stolen by a participating operator, CeX will reject the device.

Do you need a charger to sell to CeX? ›

Any items containing (SN) in the name must have the products original serial number, product number or activation code present. Phones, electronics and other hardware: All hardware items require all essential accessories such as; chargers, connectivity cables, dongles etc.

Click & Collect is FREE and subject to store stock availability. Items reserved in store for 2 days from confirmation message. ID required upon collection, find out which ID is accepted.

In our unique 48-hours returns policy, the Customer is entitled to return an Unwanted item within 48-hours of sale for a full refund to a CeX voucher.

Normally takes between 15 mins - 1 hour as they will want to test things and it depends how busy they are so try and go there at a non busy times.
