Pros
The price and ease of use is fantastic and intuitive.
Carbonite provided outstanding customer service when we needed to transfer files to a new computer. They walked us through the entire process and saved us hours of heartache.
Cons
Well, new agents come out often enough that it can be difficult for our small IT team to keep up, but it's a necessary evil.
It sometimes is difficult to navigate throughout the site, it may be that I am newer to the product.

Pros
I can save all my files, images, and videos on iCloud and get peace of mind that they are secure. Plus, I can easily share them with others.
Apple customer support is just the best, they really try to help you with whatever they can and they have helped me restore my password to my account that had all my data.
Cons
It’s very limited in storage unless you upgrade & pay the fees. Can be confusing if you use different accounts.
Without paying iCloud users are limited to 5gb storage. But if someone need more space must pay for it but isn't expensive.
