I just received my Payoneer card, it's new and not loaded yet, I wonder if Skrill is considered as a Payoneer partener ( like Fiverr, 99designs... etc), so I could transfer money from Skrill to Payoneer!

Payoneer offers the option to receive funds from Skrill, by entering the Global Payment details provided on your Payoneer account to the banking section of your Skrill account.
You may be first required to verify an active method of payment with Skrill by first linking a Debit/credit card with available funds to your Skrill account and then proceed with linking the Global Payment Details.
