You can flash any rom (stock or custom) you want, phone being carrier locked makes no difference. As long as it's for the I9100 should work fine.

what do you mean as long as its i9100?
cause i have i9100t and i downloaded the rom that is compatible with this model but it's carrier free (no bloatware)
so can i flash it as long as it's compatible with my phone model?
Yes mate variants 9100/P(nfc)/M/T have same hardware except G cos it have diferent hardware .

Just flash any stock unbranded rom or root and flash ustom room its up to u.

i downloaded the rom and i got a pda file so do i need a .pit file to reflash stock rom or not?

I have an I9100T as well; the only difference between it & the I9100 is a slight difference in radio output (optimised slightly for 850MHz networks), otherwise it's the same phone.
Forget you ever read anything about PIT files. Just do not go there unless you want a busted phone.
Single file stock rom, PDA section of Odin. Done.
I strongly suggest you learn 'the basics'; read the guides/tutorials stickied near the top of the General section. As Andrew has said before here 'reading is easy, fixing is not'. Reading/learning before you do stuff tends to reduce the likelihood of breaking your phone.
