Coin deposits cannot be canceled or reversed.
You are able to cancel a BTC withdrawal request to an external address under Account Funding/Withdraw BTC ONLY IF the withdrawal is still IN-PROGRESS and the transaction has not been broadcasted to the blockchain. In this case, there will be a 'Cancel' button next to the request. You can check the transaction status on bitFlyer's Block Explorer: chainFlyer.

- What is a Data for Lisk?
"Data" is a value which serves as a way to differentiate certain LSK accounts. You may be required to enter "Data" when withdrawing Lisk to an external address depending on your external LSK address. The "Data" field is optional but if required by your wallet provider, your LSK will not be reflected in the receiving address without this "Data". Please ensure whether this field is required for your transaction before completing the transfer.

- How many confirmations on the blockchain are necessary until my crypto assets (coins) deposit is reflected?
When receiving a coin transfer from a third party, we wait for a defined number of confirmations on the blockchain before reflecting it on your account for security reasons. Please refer to the following list to see the number of necessary confirmations for each coin:
- Bitcoin: 3
- Ethereum: 50
- Ethereum Classic: 20,000
- Litecoin: 12
- Bitcoin Cash: 30
- BAT: 50
- DOT: Not specified with confirmations, instead using blockchain finality
- XLM: 10
Attention:
- When receiving/sending cryptoassets(coins), the receipt/withdrawals will be reflected on the customer's account only after our confirmation.
- Transactions may be delayed or not executed on our discretion based on company rules, security checks, etc.
- In times of high congestion of the blockchain or big volumes of verifications, transactions may take longer to be reflected on the customer's account. In these cases, a change of number of confirmations may occur.
