Bluetooth is a significant security vulnerability and Apple should turn it off after updates, not on. A previous thread's response from Apple was to use Settings instead of Control Center to turn it off, as Control Center is a temporary off. This advice from Apple Support is incorrect. Bluetooth is one of the worst features from a security perspective, and I always keep it off unless I'm using it, and I always turn it off through Settings, not Control Center. Even when Bluetooth is permanently off prior to initiating an update, iOS updates turn it on for some reason. Apple needs to correct this ASAP. Apple Support, please try to turn Bluetooth off prior to an update before responding so you provide an educated response this time.
