If you don't want to get file shares from someone in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Slides, you can block them. When you block someone:

You no longer getcomment notifications from them in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides, unless you subscribe tonotifications for all comments. If so, you continue to get notifications for comments from people you have blocked or have blocked you. When you block or unblock someone, there may be a short delay for this to take effect in Google Drive.If you use Google Drive for work or school, you can’t block someone in your domain nor in a separate but trusted domain.
