Best Gifted Event Bee (2024)

Note that this is for players who have obtained their first star treat (without using robux)another blog I make when i have too much free time

In this blog, I will be evaluating the best event bee to make gifted first using a point system with different categories.

7 (Gifted Bonus)

4 (Stat increase) - Pollen collection + honey conversion only

Puppy BeePuppy Bee is not much of a pollen collector and is mostly used to level up bees. Its gifted bonus, +20% bond from treats, is extremely useful. However, leveling up bees is not a major priority of most new-intermediate players, so it gets4 points for its gifted bonus.

Puppy Bee's stat increase from becoming gifted is not much - at level 1, a 3 pollen/second (raise to 9.25 p/s) and 22.5honey conversion/second (raise to 202.5 h/s) increase. At level 20, it gets +~16.15 pollen/second (raise to 54.7 p/s)and+~274.8 honey conversion/second. (raise to319.8 h/s) A gifted Puppy Bee gets a tiny stat increase compared to other bees.Therefore, Puppy Bee gets 1pointfor its gifted stat increase.

Conclusion

4 + 1= 5/11points

*(Add/Subtract 1 point depending on whether you think it looks better/worse gifted), or keep it the same if you don't care.

Crimson Bee[]

Crimson Bee is, in my opinion, one of the lastevent bees you should be getting gifted.Its gifted bonus, +10% Instant Red Conversion,is only significantly effective if your hive is red-based. Therefore, Crimson Bee gets a 2-4 for its gifted bonus. (Add 1-2 points depending on your number of red bees, +1 if about 1/2 are red bees, +2 if 3/4.)

Crimson Beehas even worse pollen collection/honey conversion than Puppy Bee. However, its speed and attack arequite good - it gets 2points for its stat increase.

Conclusion

2-4 + 2= 4-6/11points

Cobalt Bee[]

Pretty much the same rating as Crimson Bee, except blue instead of red.

2-4 + 2= 4-6/11points

(Add 1-2 points depending on your number of blue bees, +1 if about 1/2 are blue bees, +2 if 3/4.)

Festive Bee[]

Festive Bee not only grants +10% Red Pollenbut also an enhanced Festive Gifted ability, allowing you to get more rare items and the "Beesmas Cheer" buff (x2 Bee Movespeed and x1.5 Pollen for 10 seconds). Therefore, Festive Bee gets a 4-6for its gifted bonus.

Festive Bee not only has decent pollen collection (10/s), but its base honey conversion (150/s) is amazing. Therefore, Festive Bee gets 3points for its stats.

Conclusion

4-6 (+1 if you are not very experienced, +1 more if 1/2 or more of your hive is red bees) + 3= 7-9/11points

Vicious Bee[]

Vicious Bee is considered to be one of the best bees to make gifted first due to its gifted bonus, -15% monster respawn time. This is extremely useful for mob-killing quests. It cuts off 14 hours from the Stump Snail timer (that's a lot!). However, when thinking about the priorities of a player which has just obtained their first star treat (likely from Mother or Panda Bear) it doesn't seem so great after all.

Vicious Bee's stats are bad in terms of honey and pollen.However,its attack, both base and from impale increases a lot from being gifted.

Though Gifted Vicious Bee allows you to defeat mobs more quickly, it likely is not very beneficial to players who have just received their first star treat. Obtaining a star treat from quests requires you to have high-level bees, meaning defeating Tunnel Bear is not a problem. Though it would deal more damage to the Coconut Crab, without a high level, it would miss most of the time. The rewards from these bosses pale in comparison to what could be obtained from simply grinding and crafting.Therefore, Vicious Bee earns 5-7points for its gifted bonus and a 2 for its stat increase.

Conclusion

5-7(+1 if you play BSS LESS than 2 hours a day) + 2= 7-9/11points

Photon Bee[]

Gifted Photon Bee grants an additional 5% Instant Conversion, which is is useful for farming honey and pollen. Its beamstorm ability also instantly converts pollen it collects, also useful for this same purpose. Therefore, Photon bee gets a 6for its gifted bonus.Photon Bee has decent stats in terms of collection (10/s at base level) and conversion (120/s). Therefore, Photon Bee gets 3 points for its stats.

Conclusion6 + 3 = 9/11points

Gummy Bee[]

Gummy Bee's gifted bonus is +5% Honey Per Pollen, which is useful for farming honey. It also enhances Gummy Bee's "glob" ability, making the size of the puddle it creates larger and increasing the honey gained from it. Therefore, Gummy Bee gets a 6 for its gifted bonus.

Gummy Bee's base collection is low, but it has a high conversion rate. Therefore, Gummy Bee gets 2 points for its stats.

Conclusion

6 + 2 = 8/11 points

Tabby Bee[]

Tabby Bee grants +50% critical power when gifted. It also makes it so the "Scratch" ability always crits. This means scratch always gives 150% more pollen, and this can be increased even further with more critical power. Critical power affects attack as well, meaning your damage output will be significantly higher.

At max tabby love, Tabby Bee is seen by many as the best bee in the game. Therefore, its stats depend on the amount of tabby love you have. Tabby Bee gets 6-7 points for its gifted bonus and 3-4 for its stats.

Conclusion

6-7 + 3-4 = 9-11/11 points (+1 if tabby love is over 300, + 1 again if over 600)
