How long does Activision take to respond to a ban appeal? ›

In most cases, we will respond via email within 8 hours. However, if we detect unauthorized activity on your account, your request may take up to 3 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Activision has anti-cheat systems in place to mitigate cheating, but it's not perfect. Some players have reported being shadow-banned for no good reason.
