Yes, you can use the Amex Blue Cash Everyday credit card immediately after getting approved. You will receive your card number, a temporary four-digit card identification number and an expiration date that allows you to use your Amex Blue Cash Everyday card anywhere American Express is accepted.
Having said that, it is also worth noting that all Amex credit cards offer the ability to receive an instant card number once you are approved.

Yes, they give you the option of getting your card info online or waiting until you get the physical card. They tell you on approval screen your initial approved limit.

Yes, asReginald Ray stated, this was my experience as well. As a bonus, AMEX provides the FICO score used to make the determination as well (if approved). If not approved, they likely send a letter stating the reason(s) & one can appeal. However if one knows their credit has major dings, there's no point.
