Am I Eligible for a Refund?

Note: Only the purchase price of your order will be refunded; any claims, fees, blockchain fees, or other related fees/costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be in Store Credit unless specified otherwise.

Please note, domains ending in .eth and .eth renewals are not eligible for a refund.


Domains

  • Unclaimed Domains
    Unminted domains purchased within the last 14 days with fiat, upon review, can be refunded as Store Credit or original payment method, as mentioned in the refunds section of our Terms of Use. The refund will be issued only after we receive the domain back. If the domains were purchased using a cryptocurrency the refund period is only 5 days and all crypto purchases can only be refunded with USDC (ERC20). Please note, domains ending in .eth are not eligible for a refund.


  • Claimed Domains
    Claimed domains purchased within the last 14 days with fiat, upon review, can be refunded as Store Credit or original payment method, as mentioned in the refunds section of our Terms of Use. The refund will be issued only after we receive the domain back. If the domains were purchased using a cryptocurrency the refund period is only 5 days and all crypto purchases can only be refunded with USDC (ERC20). Please note, domains ending in .eth are not eligible for a refund.


  • Purchases made with Promo Credits
    Products purchased with Promo Credits are non-refundable regardless of when they were purchased or the status of the domain.


  • Subdomains
    Domains that have produced subdomains are non-refundable, as are the subdomains themselves. You can read more about subdomains here.


  • .coin Domains
    .coin domains can be retruend for credit via unstoppabledomains.com/refund. You can also reach out to support@unstoppabledomains.com


  • Leading/Ending Hyphen Domains
    Domains where the first character is a hyphen (-) are eligible for a refund outside of our 14-day refund policy for Store Credit or back to the original payment method. If minted, the refund will be issued only after we receive the domain back.

  • .eth products

.eth product purchases are not eligible for refunds.

  • .com domains

.com domains are not eligible for refunds.

AI-Art

We are able to refund your order in Store Credit if your AI art pack hasn't been used, and your refund request is within 14 days of the order date. If the credits have been partially used, we will handle this on a case-by-case basis.

Vault

We are able to refund your domain Vault purchase if your refund request is within 7 days of the order date. The refund will be in Store Credit unless specified otherwise.

UD Blue

UD Blue is refundable within 7 days of purchase. Please note, if you have used the bulk transfer feature, the gas fee for the process will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be in store credit unless specified otherwise.

Self-serve domain refunds

If you have not yet claimed your domain to your own wallet, you can get a store credit refund without needing to contact support. Please go to unstoppabledomains.com/domains, locate the domain and click "Return":
