It's game time and Paramount Plus is ready to be part of your live sports streaming strategy. The Paramount Plus streaming service is a prime example of how live sports and those delivering them to fans are embracing the streaming era.
In addition to the library of classic TV shows and movies and Paramount Plus original series like Special Ops: Lioness, the Star Trek franchise and more, it is the streaming service's live offerings, including sports that help set it apart from other streaming services, like Netflix.
Paramount Plus' sports offerings come from live games that air on CBS and CBS Sports Network, as well as events that stream exclusively on the platform. And even though the $5.99 per month ad-supported version of Paramount Plus doesn't typically offer live TV, it makes an exception in the case of many live sports.
Let's take a look at all of the live sports that are available to watch on Paramount Plus.
NFL on Paramount Plus
With the 2023 NFL underway, the NFL becomes the crown jewel once again in Paramount Plus' live sports offerings. NFL fans can stream NFL games on Paramount Plus, and it does not matter which subscription plan of the streamer you are signed up for, either works. You are just limited to whatever game is available on your local CBS station.
While not game action, Paramount Plus also offers Inside the NFL, a weekly program that goes over the biggest storylines in the NFL.
College Football on Paramount Plus
In addition to the pros, college football on Paramount Plus is a big bonus for subscribers. Like the NFL, these are just games that are airing on the traditional CBS station or CBS Sports, but that includes weekly SEC on CBS games (though the conference is heading into their last year on the network), some marquee Big Ten games and select games featuring the military academies (Air Force, Army and Navy).
Soccer on Paramount Plus
Paramount Plus offers live streams of multiple professional soccer leagues, including from both the US and international regions. Here are all the soccer leagues (or futbol, if you prefer) available to stream on Paramount Plus:

CBS is one of the main TV homes for PGA Tour golf events, so any tournament that airs on the network can also be live streamed through Paramount Plus. This includes the weekend rounds of the Masters and the PGA Championship every year.
College Basketball on Paramount Plus
CBS's coverage of college basketball has a streaming home on Paramount Plus. Most importantly that includes the annual NCAA men's March Madness tournament. All games during the tournament that air on CBS are available to stream, but you need to have Paramount Plus' premium tier to do so.
This does not cover all games of the tournament, as any airing on TBS, TNT or TruTV are not available to stream on Paramount Plus. However, the streaming service does carry the entire Final Four and national championship game.
