Can I withdraw less than 100$ in Upwork? ›

You may withdraw money when there is less than $100 in balance. You can withdraw ANY amount of money (as long as it is more than any withdrawal fees).

There is no minimim withdrawal amount. You can withdraw any amount, available in your account, at any time by using the Get Paid Now button. However, you shoud consider any fees associated with the payment method you choose, before withdrawing. You can learn about the payment methods available here.

Payoneer account

Minimum withdrawal amount: $20 (+ $1 Payoneer fee), the maximum amount possible is $3000.

Your Withdrawable balance is the amount that is eligible for withdrawal on a given day. Any unsettled balance from your trades like your Intraday profits, proceeds of sell transactions from your Portfolio will be available for withdrawal after the settlement cycle.

I would like to clarify that 100 USD refers to the minimum amount for automatic withdrawal. Your balance is only withdrawn automatically when it exceeds a specific limit (e.g. $100 or more) on your scheduled withdrawal date. You can manually withdraw the amount that is less than 100 USD.

I'm unable to withdraw my earnings

Have you set up a payment method and entered your tax information? We need this information in order to process your earnings. Has your payment method been in place for more than three days? For security reasons, your payment method can't be used for three calendar days.

As a freelancer, you'll pay a 10% freelancer service fee on the earnings you make on Upwork. This fee is charged on all your contracts with a client — whether hourly, fixed-price, or a Project Catalog project.

Upwork is not able to keep freelancers' funds indefinitely, so after 180 days funds on the freelancer Upwork account will be sent to their withdrawal method automatically.
