Deciding On Your Interior Design Style
When it comes to picking which interior design style is best for your Airbnb, don’t sweat it too much! If you’re thoughtful about creating a high-quality short-term rental with a cohesive look and feel, I’m sure you’ll nail it.
That said, it’s helpful to do a little research before deciding on one specific style. Check nearby Airbnb listings to see what they’ve chosen. If you see things that are working well, implement them! At the same time, think about what will make your Airbnb stand out from the crowd. Be sure to consider your target guest, too, and what they’ll be looking for in an Airbnb.
Pro Tip: You might be tempted to choose a different style for each room in your Airbnb, but doing so can create confusion, a lack of cohesiveness, and doesn’t target one specific type of guest. Instead, blend two different styles to create one theme that works best for your Airbnb, but keep that one theme throughout the whole property–don’t change it room by room.
